Every commercial building
Whether you need doors for a large commercial office block, a manufacturing plant, a showroom, a retail outlet or any other commercial premises, the chances are that you will need several different specifications of door across the project.
Every door individually specified
Doors that separate office space from the warehouse or factory may well need to be fire-rated and offer a level of noise insulation. The doors around the stairwell may need to be fire-rated too, but the acoustic performance might be less important. Doors to meeting rooms are unlikely to need to be fire-rated, but would often benefit from soundproofing to provide privacy to those in the room. Doors to the washrooms are unlikely to need either a fire-rating or acoustic performance, but could benefit from having an easy-clean or antimicrobial finish for hygiene purposes. Some doors need vision panels, and some may not… and so it goes on.
