For the rest of this year, if you add Blue 60 foam to your order of doors or doorsets from us, for every two cans of foam that you buy, we’ll give you a third can for free*.
Blue 60 is a specially formulated expanding foam that, when used in conjunction with Blue 60 fire-rated packers, gives up to 60-minutes’ fire protection to timber doorsets without the use of additional mastics or sealants.
The Blue 60 foam and packers system is the culmination of 2 years of research and development and 6 months of continuous testing. It is the first and only fully tested and accredited fire doorset installation method available on the market.
Blue 60 has been tested to BS476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-1 in every possible combination of frame and wall material and with both single and double doorsets with ratings of 30 and 60 minutes. It’s easy to use and requires no additional sealants or mastics to complete the installation. What’s more, Blue 60 has been acoustically tested to achieve results of 43dB (Rw).
One can of Blue 60 will usually be sufficient for the correct installation of 3 standard doorsets, and we can supply the fire-rated packers too, so you have everything you need for a first class job with all the components thoroughly tested and certified.
